When we started ITSG, back in 1987, we didn’t set out to be different. But, in retrospect, it was inevitable.
For even though we knew computers inside and out, our background was in business. We saw information technology as a set of business tools that could help a company become more productive and more profitable.
So when we offered a technological solution to a client, it was one designed to help solve a business problem and help the business thrive. And not merely to have the latest thing.
It wasn’t long before companies in the Philadelphia-area took notice of us. Those who did business with us found they liked our way of doing business. We gained a reputation for honesty, dependability and going well beyond expectations in providing service and support.
That wasn’t something we wrote in a mission statement – it just happens to be the way we were brought up. However, our way of doing business might have had something to do with becoming the IT services and support company other Philadelphia-area companies recommend most.
Those recommendations helped us grow and as we did, we attracted people who shared our values and our passion for doing the right thing for our clients. As a result, some of the best and brightest in the IT business came to work for us. Most are still here.
